I’ve always looked up to my parents for how hard they work. They taught me early on that being smart or talented only gets you so far — you’ve got to put in the effort.

Definitely. For me, it’s all about showing up, giving 100%, and being okay knowing that I’ll mess up sometimes. I’ve always loved the quote “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”

I approach every conversation with excitement about the opportunity to learn from others. I believe there’s tremendous value in being able to listen — true listening requires presence and curiosity.

I hope so. It definitely informs my approach. Creating space for others to share their knowledge and perspectives has made me a more thoughtful and informed investor. I always strive to bring that same thoughtfulness, care and respect into every professional relationship I build.

SHIFTING GEARS…WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE WAY TO SPEND A SATURDAY?

Definitely love to start my day with an early morning workout! Whether it’s CrossFit, running, or yoga, it feels great to get movement in early. Soon after that, you’ll find me holding a cold brew and smoothie. And then another smoothie in the afternoon!
